Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship within Pakistan only.
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days via PostEx Courier.
Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and public holidays.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Bank Transfer

Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable, refuses to receive the parcel, or the order is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to our address by the courier company.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all applicable courier charges, including return and re-shipping charges if they wish to have the order sent again.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, any additional courier charges for re-shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a wrong or damaged product due to our mistake, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the parcel is damaged during transit due to the courier company's handling, customers should contact PostEx Courier directly, as the courier company is responsible for damages caused during delivery.
