At Urments, we offer Size Exchange Only. Returns and refunds are not available.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are attached.
• The item has not been worn, damaged, or altered.
• The required size is available in stock.

Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for all delivery and exchange shipping charges, unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by Urments.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
