Urments offers a wide range of Ladies Garments, Girls/Kids Garments, and Fragrances for Men & Women.

2. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we currently deliver across Pakistan only.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.

4. Can I exchange my order?

Yes. We offer exchange only. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds or returns.

5. What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?

If the mistake is from our side, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

6. What happens if I refuse or miss my delivery?

If the parcel is returned due to refusal or unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return and re-shipping courier charges.

7. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days via PostEx Courier.

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
